Seasonal Warehouse Staff

We recruit the warehouse roles that come under pressure during peak periods. These include order pickers, packers, loaders, goods-in staff and returns handlers. We look at relevant experience, the physical demands of the role, and whether a candidate can commit to your shifts for the full season.

We start by going through your requirements: expected volumes, shift times, site rules and any equipment involved. Then we present suitable candidates and agree start dates with you. During the season we adjust headcount as your needs change.
